In pharmacy, solutions or mixtures of solids with different concentrations of the same component can be mixed together to produce a solution or mixture with a new concentration of the component.
You have to be able to calculate the concentration of the resulting solutions or mixtures.
2000ml of 40% (v/v) Ethanol, 1000ml of 10% Ethanol and 1500ml of 25% Ethanol are mixed together. What is the concentration of Ethanol in the final solution?
