Experimental Procedure
The experimental procedure for comparing agonists is very simple: all you do is construct the dose-response curves for the agonists of interest and plot the results on the same set of axes.
NOTE: When constructing your dose-response curves, you need to ensure that you have measured the maximum response that an agonist can evoke.
