On the next page, you can have a go at getting a set of results for the agonist acetylcholine and the antagonist atropine.

You will be asked to choose four concentrations of atropine and the dose-response curve of acetylcholine will then be drawn for each of the concentrations.

You will not actually have to plot the dose-response curves: this is so that you can gain an understanding of the procedures and what you are looking for without becoming overloaded with finding and plotting the actual data.
