Antagonists: Constructing Dose-Response Curves

How To Find pA2

It would be very difficult in a laboratory experiment to find the exact concentration of an antagonist that would reduce a double agonist dose to a single agonist dose.

But it is quite simple to find pA2 if you plot the results obtained from the dose-response curve experiments on a graph.

You will now look at the graph which you plot in order to find pA2.
