In this activity you will simulate an experiment using a piece of guinea pig ileum. You can see
the effect that antagonists have on agonists.
You have two options. You can:
- Construct the dose-response curve for an agonist in the presence
of one antagonist ie look at one agonist/antagonist combination
- Look at several agonist/antagonist combinations.
