You are going to plan an experiment to find the response of the guinea pig ileum to the agonist acetylcholine.

You will simulate an experiment in which a piece of ileum is exposed to six different concentrations of acetylcholine which YOU will choose. As each concentration is added, you will see a trace showing how a real piece of ileum would respond.
