In this activity, you will simulate an experiment using a piece of guinea pig ileum. You will look at agonists and the size of response that they cause in the guinea pig ileum.
You have two possible ways of looking at agonists. You can:
- Construct the dose-response curve for one particular agonist
- Compare different agonists
